Intention matters. Rules matter. Structure matters. Picture this. This is a picture of pure chaos. A picture that questions the car driver's destination of how did they get to this point. They got to this point because there was no regulation or instruction or direction on the roads. This idea can be applied to any other circumstance. For example, in property management, if we keep building and building there will be no room for preservation. If we keep building in a certain area how can we control an over-saturated population? Regulation is a good solution.

Michelob Ultra — take a look at this website- this is a main competitor for mainstream beers such as bud light. Below is information on how I digested the website. A refreshing taste geared to a target audience that matters. Very interesting on their page you have to type in your birthday just to enter the website, this reveals they care about the public and shouldn’t expose to people who not of age. The website is informative and engaging. The design is color orientated only including colors of their product which I find is a clever choice. No AI chat but for something like this, I don't think it is necessary. Why would I ever need to chat with someone?
